During holiday seasons, our Customer Support Centre experiences a high volume of inquiries. Orders come in much faster than usual, florists work at an accelerated pace, and couriers rush to deliver your greetings on schedule.
That’s why we recently decided to conduct a small experiment, allowing our beloved customers to contact florists directly. The results were astonishing: florists quickly established connections with customers and provided expert consultations firsthand.
Most importantly, every participant in these conversations had a delightful experience, feeling part of the magic of gift and greeting delivery.

How Does Chat with a Florist Work?
The professional florist chat is a fantastic opportunity to discuss bouquet designs directly, make any necessary adjustments, and approve the final arrangement for delivery.
We often mention that bouquets presented on our website may slightly differ from the sample. Flowers are a living material, and even the same type of flower grown on different plantations can vary significantly in shade, not to mention the large flower shipments before holidays. Through the florist chat, you will receive a real photo of the bouquet and can discuss it immediately.
The chat feature becomes available as soon as the salon accepts the order and begins assembly. If you forgot to mention something or the celebration details changed, you can communicate this directly to the florist.
If certain flowers are unavailable, the florist will suggest suitable replacements.
